Echoes from the 1915 earthquake in Abruzzo.
Ruined buildings from some villages around the Marsica area (Abruzzo, central Italy), hit by a severe earthquake in January 1915. Several villages were partially or totally destroyed and later rebuilt. In one case the new village was later abandoned again.
